Mark Hillen
Mr. Hillen attended St. Mary’s School in Brussels for grade school, graduated Calhoun High School in 2004, graduated from Blackburn College in the Fall 0f 2008. This is his 11th year teaching and he began his teaching career at Brussels Unit 42 teaching Kindergarten through HS Physical Education. While there, he added Health and Driver’s Education endorsements. Mr. Hillen also obtained his Learning Behavior Specialist I endorsement, which led him to Calhoun during the 2017-18 school year to teach PE, Health, and Special Education.
Ryan Graner
Mr. Graner graduated from Carrollton High School and Illinois College. This will be his 17th year teaching and 15th year at Calhoun High. Over the years he has taught PE, Drivers Ed, and Health for a time. Over the course of his career Mr. Graner has coached basketball, track and field, and assisted with baseball. Mr. Graner has also been an AD at Calhoun High for 10 years.
